Pros

Relaxing job as compared to product based companies because of no active coding work in almost every project.

Cons

1. No active coding work 2. Just maintaining the old project which spoils your tech skills. 3. Managers or seniors are given permission to call you anytime, everytime no matter its too late for you or too early. 4. Have to deal with team mates sitting in multiple time zones that brings out no work life balance. 5. You will be thrown out of a project who have given your day and nights and shift you to a new project even if you like or not. Else you will have to be on bench which is a threat on your job.
