- Flexibility - 9 work from home a month - Stable job - unless very bad, your job remains secure - Facilities - gym, club, pool etc

Cons

- Below standard package - Employees tend to have 'government job' mentality ( don't bother to learn and grow ) instead of 'growth mentality' ( lets try and learn new things ) - Too many poorly skilled people overburdening few skilled ones. - Few growth opportunities - Opportunities blocked due to bureaucracy e.g. immediate manager would NOT want to let you go, despite an option being a good fit,

Pros

They follow processes, have good facilities and good employee management system. Market reputation is good in terms of sharemarket. Good company if you get onsite.

Cons

Very poor salary structure. Not at par with competitors like TCS, CTS. around 30-40% difference in the package at the same level, same experience and started at the same level. Lot of favoritism and boot licking. Your aspirations are not really heard. Poor R&R mechanism. Lot of things they advertise are only on paper but not in reality. Being loyal to company means they will treat you as if you are not finding job outside.
