Pros

Good for beginners. For people with a flair for taking up extra-curricular activities, chances of promotion are better. Quality of work purely depends on client and project.

Cons

Slow growth. Not very fair towards promotions. Mid-level management not very competent. Every year there are certifications that need to be taken that add no industrial value. Internal IS systems are very poor.

Excellent company to start your caree. Notable plus points inlude strongh higher management, highly visible brand name, good support structucre for families, very good onsite opportunities and open communication channels.

Cons

Among the lower paying companies at offshore. Promotion process needs improvement along with appraisal process. More politics in the midlle management.
