Pros

Opportunity to work of various projects. And you could get some instructor-led internal training when on the bench, but what was taught could be contents from 4-5 years ago.

Cons

The internal training offered by the company often during working hours for India or early evening, impossible for people working in North America to participate. Project matching could be chaotic is an understatement, and don't expect to get any cooperation from your colleagues.
