1. HR (human resource) is pathetic! They are downright rude, lack human touch! Just some policies agents, no understanding for employees, treat you like a "head-count". Too agressively going behind people on compliance. Even AI will do a better job than such hopeless folks! 2. You career path depends on your managers. Very less flexible on the kind of projects to choose. 3. Very difficult for personal growth- promotion, salary increment, work from home policies, leave applications, Visa applications etc. They will block and target you from every corner, to make sure you have no way to get salary increment. 4. Culture - unfriendly jealous team mates. Internal politics and lobbying.. (you get to experience this if you stay a little longer) 5. Systems and Processes are too complicated.
