Learning opportunities Big client Good peers

Cons

Low salary Very less chances of promotion due to ver large number of candidates on same position Not good work life balance, you may have to attend calls at 7:30 am with onsite and 11:00pm with offshore for some realease and mutiple weeks but depends on your project and team

. gave me an onsite opportunity for long term . Nice campus and amenitis . Less stress (depends on project to project)

Cons

. if you start here and want to continue here keep things in mind there is no salary hikes . one get perks if he/she has good network with management
