1. Good training 2. Wonderful Ambiance and eco-friendly environment. 3. Can Express your views at any level of management. Your views and suggestions are listened. 4. Lot of opportunities to learn many things in different areas. Gives a wide exposure.

Cons

1. Discrimination based on the education level.(Engineering & Science graduates). This happened in later stages and it was so obvious. May be the trend is changed now. 2. Though they take initiatives for maintaining the Work life balance it is missing in some projects.
