Value system is quite good. Offices are usually large enough with burgeoning employees.

Cons

Office is noisy. Space crunch is pervasive. People speaking their local language are innumerable. Bench pool is very large.

Infosys campus will be one of the best equipped places for extra-curricular activities. Collegues are generally always helpful.

Cons

People trained in some particular technology are generally never given an opportunity of making use of their knowledge.eg: someone trained in .NET will not always be able to get a project in that field. Bench time for any JL3 employee is a lot.

Too much of policy Infosys is fading out after the management change , you can see this very clearly Can't expect hikes Laterals have to be careful with their salary structure, (Poor salary structure with lots of variable pay)
