Currently promoted leaders are Credit grabbers if you will become a contributor so don’t contribute enough.They will just tell the higher management that they are good leaders but individually, you will forever be an associate who will contribute more until you are working 24 hours shift.

here are the cons Only thing that I noticed is that they don't provide trainings for career development unless you request it (will undergo many approvals).
