Large company with room to grow, good reputation within the industry, other locations present transfer opportunities, vendors bring in giveaways, benefits are good
Cons
Company is more interested in being known as a good place to work than actually being a good place to work, culture is overly competitive despite there being no need for that, too many buzzwords, not enough actual strategy or action, at least as visible to individual contributors
