Great to learn how to deal with corporate clients. Limited growth and training depending on manager. Good work life balance, works with schedule and work remote.

Cons

Pay is below market and insurance is high. High turn over of top level Execs lately and no clear direction on where company is going or how it will change.

Great work Schedule and opportunity to grow within the company if you are working with the right group of people.

Cons

Absolutely no Training and from day 1 you are expected to know everything. Management will quickly talk down to you if you are not understanding what to do or how to do something without any guidance.
