Ingram is a fast paced, ever changing environment. What makes it great is the people, the people work hard, and teamwork is always top in mind. Senior leadership always communicates and updates the vision for the company.

Cons

Working on the Distribution side of Technology is not always glamorous, and the thin margins makes costs top of mind all the time, so we may lack some of the "perks" you can get on the vendor or reseller side where margins are greater.
