      Good learning ground for newbie on the job. A lot of exposure on how the sales cycle evolved.

      Cons

      Management is very biased, not supportive and old-fashioned way of thinking.

      Pros

      Relatively stable job with good benefits and PTO. Get the chance to work with interesting companies in the IT industry.

      Cons

      A lot of busy work and not enough innovation. Bogged down with inefficient processes. Overwhelming trying to figure out how things work there (many times you are doing work you don't understand).

      There is not much pros, Micromanagement, run by a political System where you have no chance of succeeding. And BTW, no CRM System!!!

      Cons

      To many to list, Management is incompetent, HR is incompetent, they could not even pay the correct Salary or Bonuses achieved! A Multi Billion Company without CRM or any Systems in place
