Pros

Deep pockets so things can get done if you sell it well. They are trying to move in the right direction, but so did the titanic once they detected the iceberg.

Cons

Terrible company culture, silos of information where noone wants to share. Everyone seems to do the bare minimum required to not get fired... feels like I'm working in a Government job.

Pros

Job security exists. That would be one reason why you have so many people with long stay at Ingram but no real talent

Cons

no growth, very bad salary hike and lack of motivation, extending for long work hours

Pros

Great perks such as an on-site fitness center. A lot of team building exercises which is actually fun.

Cons

Everyone spends too much time patting themselves in their backs about the business that was handed to them. The upper management have no real world selling experience because they tend to hire people straight out of college, underpay them which in the long run hurts the business. They need to bring in people with experience not just a college degree.
