good company with many opportunities for varied job experiences. Can easily have a career over years doing different things, should you want to pursue them.

Cons

it is a grind...then again most fortune 100 companies can be a grind. depending on the division, leadership does not always communicate expectations clearly. ever changing focus and strategies can also be a challenge for those no accustomed to it.

It is not fixed work time can be sheduled. Have a social benefits as transport and food vauchers.

Cons

You cannot develop. Work as a robot on a one position. No stimulating for good and hard workers. No change on the sellary.
