I think they should carefully choose their management: Supervisor, Operations Manager. The culture is slowly dying and more employees are leaving the company due to poor HR choices. Most of current Supervisors and Operation managers came from CALL CENTERS that has very strict policies and these newly hired managers do not have any IDEA on HOW SUPPLY CHAIN works since they came from CALL CENTERS what do you expect? They also have lowered their standards in hiring QUALIFIED and COMPETENT people, common issue: SALARY. They will pick fresh graduates than an experienced employee because they can give low salary considering that the location of INGRAM MICRO Philippines is somewhat REMOTE and TRAFFIC prone area.
