Business Outlook
Pros
Solid and well funded multinational, great product breadth, automated warehouse; I work with some really great people here. The systems are solid and genuine improvement happens continually; core support headcount previouisly offshored to Manilla office are now being rehired in Australia
Cons
Sydney-centric with some management based in branches, but those guys have to commute to Sydney almost every week; internal communication is a big issue which is identified every year for improvement, but change comes slowly; we don't tend to use the technology we sell which can be frustrating.
