Ingram Micro, for the most part, has managers and supervisors that actually listen to the people that report to them. They implement the ideas of those that may be considered "peons" in other companies (and they actually give you credit, rather than just saying they thought of it). Ingram also has a good amount of room to grow within the company, as well as being a good place to make connections in the industry.

Cons

Sometimes the company is so large that it has a hard time getting out of its own way - the processes and systems are clunky, and don't always work well with each other.
