      Decent Hours... And that's About it.

      Cons

      Aside from the hours, this is a horrible company to work for. Management is more concerned with with quarterly results rather than long-term strategy. They have no clue what the market wants or needs and base their decisions in whatever will give them the quickest return.

      Pros

      Get to work on lots of things, roles are very broad. The staff are awesome at the Individual Contributor level.

      Cons

      Hard to achieve revenue goals when the structure isn't completely in place and the role is so broad. Some of the Leaders are too demanding - they need to keep the expectations real and communicate better around goals etc. You will work many hours - you should only stay a year or two before you burn out.
