      Pros

      The pro's of working for Ingram are that the salary is good for my career. They also have benefits that start the first day of employment, and that can be quite helpful.

      Cons

      The company recently decided to move the Home Office, and in doing so they have elected to move to a location that is not very workable for the lower level employees. Its beautiful, however not useable. Also, it feels like Ingram always chooses to err on the side of upper management. It is very Old Boy Network.

      Great place to cut your teeth in IT

      Pros

      Great place to get to know IT and the channel but think of it as training. Don't stay too long as they don't value seniority. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Leadership is poor and direction is hazy at best. There have been so many changes in direction it leaves one spinning Layoffs every four years or so and salary is very minimal.
