Pros

Things are constantly improving now that old, unfit, management is out of the way. With Ingram Micro taking over and being more active, things are really moving. Some room for advancement in both position and pay. Plenty of Overtime Available for those that want the extra money for the holidays.

Cons

Long periods between breaks. We work 6:30 am til 3:30 pm with only a 1 hour lunch in the middle.
