      Great people. Big company. Good place to get some experience and so many directions to develop your career in within the company.

      Cons

      Not very agile in adopting change. Not as much marketing as I thought I would be doing (more administrative stuff/accounting/event planning/sales).

      employees, supervisors and management are hilarious you will laugh at them 24/7 if you are a knowledgeable, educated individual.

      working for ingram india is like dying on an isolated island where your companions wait for a chance to kill and eat you for their survival, extremely bad human resource team, people in ingram waste their entire life to gain nothing and then make others life hell out of frustration, communication and decision making abilities of managers at branch and regional level do not match the positions they are all on
