Pros

The people at Ingram are amazing. Everyone works long hours. They are the leading global distributor for IT products.

Cons

Politics are ever increasing at Ingram and makes it difficult at times to get your job done. Employees really are not empowered and decisions are often delegated to VP, EVP and President.

Pros

Some flexibility with life and work balance. Work from home privileges. Great way to build relationships with vendors (manufacturers).

Cons

Never escalate serious concerns to HR. Very political and competitive atmosphere. Management states they want you to participate in making changes and improvements but don't really want to hear your ideas and frown upon attempts to make a difference. Senior management, creative and directors have little room for growth. Tailors to students fresh out of college to keep salaries at minimum.
