if u r a self learner , grab opportunity n you can learn to gain experience. lots of learning resources. you can be a master in excel by generating same report multiple times n different format.

Cons

Politics, low pay, poor senior management.. all values are for adverts n to show off among shareholders only. reports after reports which may not be even seen by people who asked for it
