Pros

Lots of opportunity to travel and network with IT Partners as well as Company executives. Great introduction to a field based selling roll. Enjoyed this position at Ingram Micro

Cons

Not many. For a small market city this is a tremendous opportunity. The only con would be lack of profit sharing and stock options

Pros

Decent place to work in Buffalo. Generally fun. Good culture. Lots of social opportunities. Good "jumping off" point career wise. Play the game and you'll do well.

Cons

Can very much be a "boys club" culture at times. Promotions tend to make little sense, and hiring managers tend to look outside for higher level talent. Micromanaging is becoming more common.
