I got the knowledge of how work going on in warehouse starting from the Box making to picking and packing, which indulge me to involve thoroughly and to make myself an active member of the Team. But to become an active member I must learn and without work I can not learn. So to go higher up, I need to work from the bottom and to raise myself to higher limit.

Cons

As I was a working lady back home and was working in a senior position like Bank Manager and Administrative Officer in India, I also want to work in a good position in the company, but to learn the work I must start from the beginning and get myself involved fully to achieve my goal of Higher position and get promotion.

I was hired by CRS in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to work at Ingram Micro in Mira Loma, CA, on November 2014, I really liked it there.

Cons

The only thing that upset me was when my assignment ended on December 2014 a few days before Christmas, due to slow business.
