Pros

Great benefits, upbeat atmosphere, learning opportunities, good starting pay. The overall attitude is toward helping, learning and growth.

Cons

The tech support mentality is anyone off the street can replace any current employee and as a result advancement is difficult and pay can be stagnant until threatening to leave.

A place to get experience

Pros

It's a great place for recent grads and pretty easy to get promoted in the first couple years. A lot of young employees. Good benefits.

Cons

After the first couple years you just plateau and it gets really political. They pay below industry average, especially in the Buffalo office because there aren't a lot of other tech jobs in Buffalo and Ingram uses that keep the pay down. It's nearly impossible to get fired, even for the people that should be, which causes low morale and animosity on teams. Overall, employees are unhappy in their positions.
