Pros
I respect management. This is HUGE in my eyes. I'd rather get paid less and work for someone I respect then get paid well and work for an ignorant dictator. The environment is very productive yet relaxed. I receive encouragement from all sides and am inspired by leadership. Excellent benefit selection; probably the best I've seen.
Cons
The pay is less than other places, but I'd rather be happy. The company site leaves a little to be desired, but that is changing soon, so it really doesn't matter.
