Tremendous opportunity and a very tight knit community. Strong, ethical behavior, and a great philanthropic organization. Can learn a ton about the industry in a very short period of time and unlimited upward potential.

Cons

Risk adverse company - can sometimes stall progress. Large organization, need to make sure you are making yourself visible.

Very good exposure. Fast paced work environment. Highly ethical company. Respect for employees. Financially very strong. Simple and easy to understand business.

Cons

Conservative deployment of resources. Information system out dated. Not so attractive pay packages. High employee turnover. Could not manage the issues during acquisitions properly.
