Salaries are below average. I do believe that they try to make up for it in other ways. Lots of on site perks.

With so many people in the company, it is hard to stand out. You definitely have to assert yourself at all times and let people know what you are doing and what you want

upper management is too distant from the poeple that work for them, they are unrelateable and it directly effect team mentality and moral. Middle management is stretched to thin with meetings and reports to train, guide & properly influence individual teams
