      Working for a Fortune 100 company, and world leader in technology distribution gives a great experience. You will build great relationships with major suppliers and customers.

      Cons

      Too fast pace and dynamic environment with too many conflicting priorities, often makes it hard to cope up with. Higher stress level.

      It is a great working environment. Everyone is very friendly. It's like a working in a family that rarely fights

      Cons

      I can't say much because I haven't been here long enough. Most of my colleagues have 10+ years under their belt. Or maybe the economy right now is not at it's best. I don't feel there is a great advancement opportunity.

      Extensive vendor training, diverse vendor support opportunities, coworkers have respect for each other, ability to be recongized amongst the sea of employees, good healtcare coverage, 401k, work life balance.

      Cons

      There can be a lot of micromanagement if you are not properly fit for your position, specific positions are metric driven for compensation so understand what you are applying for.
