      For the most part great culture and teammates.

      Exec. Mgt. stresses to "be comfortable being uncomfortable" and get out of your comfort zone. I have applied to several roles internally where I am well qualified to excel for the role which would be a new challenge and yet nothing has transpired. Have found age discrimination and the "good ole boys club" exists. They will readjust your quota if you blow through your number so as not to have to pay out too much in earned accelerators.
