Pros

- Busy, Lots of work - opportunity to work with clients and partners globally

Cons

- No work life balance. Even if you express to your supporting manager that I am swamped, response is “everyone is busy” so figure out a way to manage it. This is perhaps great to help someone grow but you do feel like you have no support sometimes. - No Work from home policy: the only reason we are currently working from home is because of the pandemic. I am pretty sure once all this is over - we will asked to come back to the office everyday. - Mediocre benefits: Coverage doesn’t cover everything. Example: Acupuncturists. No Maternity or Parental leave top-ups. Not even for 1 week.
