      Excessive hike at the time of joining Treat equal in terms of cast, creed and race

      Cons

      Top management is nothing but inefficient in handling a business across the globe. They sell themselves off saying Fortune 500 company which they are no more.

      Good introduction to the channel

      No career progression, low salary, consistent changes in management, micro management and always doing extra jobs you never get paid for. You will never get a thank you for that extra mile. Also at Ingram Micro they expect all the employees to attend work no matter if there’s no public transportation, roads are closed all due to heavy snow or severe weather. You are told that if you don’t turn up or even attempt to work from home - you will have to take it as your holiday or unpaid leave.This is absolutely ridiculous, they don’t care about their employee safety at all.
