      During interview they will show you different profile but later they will give you worst profile and degrade and demotivate you. Request you not to join this company. Join on your risk

      Pros

      Ingram Micro is a one of the distributors of Technology. I was fortunate enough to work with the best people in the industry prior to 2015. Co-workers are very friendly, helpful and cooperative. The company culture Enables us to have a fun Work environment. Memorable team building Events gave the employees an opportunity to spend time with co-workers outside the Work environment and spend time with some upper management level employees.

      Cons

      No negative comment. Technology changes quickly and with this the distribution model changes along with it. And this is the nature of the industry.
