      Pros

      This company is a Great career stepping stone, plenty of business interaction and training, my department was a close knit team with awesome management.

      Cons

      After about five years there you will realize that there are only a few highly sought after positions to move up to. Unfortunately, to get higher pay, a lot of people end up having to leave and come back to get more.

      Become a sales rep.

      Cons

      play the corporate card for pay and don't expect motivation or support from your manager. Very difficult to be promoted.
