      Pros

      Before 2022 it was a great and unique culture. Everyone could contribute and help make Ingram Micro better. Great Internal Career Growth (prior 2022)

      Cons

      After 2022 its new Leaders, it became very toxic with favorism of a specific ethnicity. Micromanagement all the way down from the CDO and President. No career growth unless you are from a certain ethnicity. No more diversity.

      Not many, tbh. Some nice coworkers but overall toxic, gossipy culture.

      Cons

      Non-transparent, mandatory office days and not much work-life balance. Toxic people everywhere. Low salary compared to market.
