Pros

The co-workers are nice and stick together to make it a decent environement

Cons

The majority of Middle Mgt in Marketing and Vendor Mgt are incompetent and if they have been their 10+ years, they are all cronies .They determine who they like and who will get promoted. Performance does not matter. Its popularity and if they do not like you they will find a way to get rid of you. If you question them or a policy they will find a way to write you up. Everyone knows it so morale is very morale, everyone is afraid to speak up or ask a question. Meetings are silent. The staff knows the old cronies don't really know anything or want to change anything. New ideas are not welcomed and innovation is non-existent . Middle Mgt consider themselves the untouchable "leadership" group and make the decisions, they seek no input from staff and don't care what you have to say. They have created a culture of fear and hopelessness. You will learn nothing to help your career, their is no advancement unless you start at the bottom. It is a complete waste of time.

Pros

You might learn something new, if you are in the right team!

Cons

Its not and not an H1-B or GC friendly company so anybody require this mandatory, please don't waste your time and life joining here! No Clear Direction, If there is any it will be against your current role to remove it! Recent company plans are overly negative and non-intuitive. Higher management change is very frequent and Every higher management change(CE0/CIO) will bring in adverse effects on what people were doing so far, which creates exhaustion and demotivate working for this company.
