Pros

The organization is ok to work. Ok then not working. Would not recommend.

Cons

They expect the resources to work for more then 10 hours, any person not working less then that means he doesn't has any work. There is no appreciation or empathy towards the resources. Use and throw attitude. Respect is not found in the DNA. Managers and Directors think they hold lives of resource who work under them. They insult and humiliate in front of others. They layoff people surprisingly in the department meetings and tell them not to share. Politics is the game.

Pros

-They did not do any layoffs during COVID. -Good people for the most part -Hybrid WFH schedule -Accumulated PTO + 7 sick days -Lots of perks from vendors -Good work-life balance

Cons

-non-competitive pay -in-line promotions difficult -Ingram is a great jumping ground for other higher-paying companies. They rely on their "culture" to continue having lower pay than its competitors. -DE&I efforts sometimes feel like a facade when you see things like a great majority of the exec staff being white males, no paid maternity leave, microaggressions, etc..

Pros

None I can think of

Cons

During a training class of about 30 people this Manager who claims only to be an employee for 7 weeks used profanity(f-word plus others) no -stop throughout the morning. This same Manager told a newly hired employee to quit his bit—in twice when he asked a question about commissions. Ingram Micro repeatedly refused to clearly describe the commission to the new hired employees.
