Pros

Not much - other than not the worst for work-life balance in some departments

Cons

They do reselling so it inflates their revenue enormously but margins/profits are a small percentage of other companies' products, so not like a real Fortune 100 company that makes or does something that generates revenue from their own operations

Pros

Cloudblue platform itself is quite an interesting product and the market space is exciting. It's a pleasure to work with customers in this industry. It could be a great platform to sell if not for the horrendous company culture.

Cons

The company culture is completely broken. Vast majority of people in positions of power are the kind you would never voluntarily associate yourself with. Generally, appalling human behaviour such as scheming, political games etc. is rewarded. The corporate organisation is happily oblivious to the existence of customers or outside world and exists simply for the fulfilment of ambition of certain unpleasant people. Customers and employees are there to be milked and discarded when no longer useful. There is no mercy - it's common for sales people to leave/be dismissed with burnout and serious health issues, and for customers to be sent termination notices with request to get off the platform in a timeframe in which it can't be done effectively destroying their business. There is no space for open and honest communication - if you attempt to call it out, you will be punished. It's not a meritocracy by any stretch - in vast majority of cases the boss is always right even if he messed up terribly, and it's your job to apologise for it and clean it up. If you work in sales, you will spend 3 times more effort to jump through internal hoops and convince the corporate to accept your deal than you would to convince the customer to spend millions. Sales are generally treated as criminals by default regardless of whether there is any reason to suspect foul play.

Pros

Office view and location; benefits/insurance.

Cons

Poor leadership. Company goals and priorities change daily; poor and broken communication to employees; no big picture visibility.
