Great team works on the ground level. Good career training and growth from junior level. Good business strategic planning strong top level management. Good working enthics and professionalism overall. Opportunities are given to internal staffs as priority consideration over external hire, thus great to learn different roles and skills.

Cons

Middle management lack of trust in it's own employees. Does not value true performing indivuals. Promotions and increments are not based on actual performance, but based on management's personal perception of the employee.

Free food sometimes. Close to the town.

Cons

Long hours, work is boring, no career progression. Pay is terrible. They try and keep you interested by offering incentives every now and then to make up for the low pay and hours. No free parking. Work is just replying to emails with quotes. Hundreds of phone calls everyday.
