Pros

The only good part is the hourly that work for you. They do have benefits, insurance, 401k, vision, Vacation .

Cons

Way to many hours. 6 and 7 days a week for 6 months.Top managers won't think outside box. No compensation for all the hours . No time for family, all the company seems to care about is there bottom line.

Pros

The people are great and this is the reason most people stay here for so long. MD keeps staff up to date and holds regular Town Halls and QBR's.

Cons

Very poor salary if not in Sales. Company is exceptionally Sales orientated with other departments made to feel completely unimportant. Sales get prizes, trips abroad plus commission etc. Nothing for anyone else, not even the free lunches!

great people, mixed strategy

Pros

1) great people, with many people staying 10-20+ years - in SOME locations 2) always changing, pursuing new markets 3) some very good mid level management

Cons

1) lip service to being "about the people", with high turnover and cuts in human resources (!), and high turnover in SOME locations where retention strategies seem not to adjust to local markets 2) cyclical strategy changes, with little organizational foresight and preparedness 3) huge organization, with little involvement from some of the best "in the know" management -most are not empowered to make changes or to be a part of strategy decisions, so are forced to be very reactive
