Good people but low compensation

Pros

This is a place where you can make great connections and work with talented people. This is a good place to start your career, it will give you the tools you need so you can go elsewhere for higher compensation.

Cons

The compensation is low, there used to be stability which made-up for the low compensation but now that is gone. Too many layoffs and instability. The employees don't believe the changes being made are for the best. Hopefully things straighten out, but only time will tell.

Pros

Large global organization with a lot of ability to expand, develop and grow in different divisions and departments within the company.

Cons

Leadership team is strategically challenged, lacking in their skills and experience. Has allowed gender jealousy, workplace bullying and nepotism to take place. Managing by intimidation.

Pros

Good benefits that kick in immediately upon hire. Chance to work with well known names in tech such as Microsoft, HP, IBM. Very good work/life balance culture.

Cons

Pay could be more competitive.
