Lots of opportunities for growth. Great colleagues, love my team and management. Minimum micro-managing.

Cons

The workload is high, be prepared for poor work-life balance. If you don't mind a high workload career; like some of my former OT warrior-colleagues (eg. Mon-Fri 12hrs-16hrs, and frequently Sat mornings). This may be a great place for you. Everybody is busy, learn the rope fast! Some departments do not gel. You will need to work smart to get things moving.

Lack of advancement, feels like a prison, pay is way worse than local competitors, HR is two faced.
