      Nothing There is no zero rating to give. Except the Manager role rest all waste.

      Cons

      pls don't spoil your carrier by joining Ingram Chennai. For getting incentives sales team will treat you like a slave. 3 persons work will be done by a single person. Daily you need to work for 10 hrs Friday- 12 hrs

      Pros

      Ingram's in house IT service provider, IMISSCPL, is an amazing place to work. From remuneration and annual increments to career growth, I would give it top rating! I quit as I had to relocate else I would have stayed with it for many years to come!

      Cons

      Technology upgrade is slow but that's probably because like they say - why fix something that's not broken!
