- Learned some fundamental business + Marketing strategies and operations - Great efforts made to motivate people with trips and things...

Cons

- New GM lacks ability and willingness to adopt Canadian business culture rather focused on forcing American ideology with the company - Most of sales is driven by run rate business - very little to no sale capabilities exist - its not about customer loyalty rather steering a deal towards Ingram and hoping to win any renewals - Poor direction from the HR dept with very little knowledge of that actual business that takes place
