      Great company, terrible upper management.

      Pros

      Benefits/competitive salary. Allow you to implement new ideas and processes if you can show the benefit. All holidays and suffecient PTO.

      Cons

      The hours management works is ridiculous. Expect to work 70 plus hours a week They get no support from upper management. HR does not work with management to resolve employee issues. No work/life balance.

      I really enjoy the culture and the people. I don't have too much experience so it's hard to compare companies but overall, my time here has been enjoyable.

      Cons

      Systems are a bit outdated. you would expect more from such a large company
