Pros
The on birding experience was smooth, the most important thing that I liked was even tho the Onboarding was online but it was well coordinated and sapan over 2 weeks in which a detailed information about the company, department, policies and everithing was covered.
Cons
Some of the inductions or sessions were a little boring as we need to sit continuously in front of screen and listen and repetitive, but the team took every possible efforts to make it attentive.
