I joined ingram micro ssc mumbai as part of the 2020 GETs batch. The recruitment process was very smooth, there were no hiccups of any sort and everything was well organized and systematic. The onboarding process, again, was very systematic and welcoming. The day we joined, ie, 27th Oct 2020, we were never treated as if we were outsiders. The 3 week long onboarding was very great and helpful in understanding how the company works.
