      Nenhum, o fato de trabalhar em um projeto internacional não compensa

      Cons

      Contrato pj com horas abertas, nunca autorizam horas extras, mas para ficar no cliente as vezes tem que trabalhar 12 por dias, pedem para estar sempre disponível mesmo em horário de almoço, o projeto para uma multinacional de notebooks que ainda funciona com metodologias antigas e gerentes que abusam dos terceiros.
